先週、外国人とカジュアルな懇親会で横浜駅近くの「うさぎや」に行きました。
■ お店
横浜駅相鉄線改札口を出て線路沿いに歩き橋を渡ってムービルを突っ切り階段を下りて見える路地を進む。
「いっちゃが」の店の角を道なりに左に曲がってすぐのところにある。曲がったところで、「三丁目の夕日」的風景に出会う。
一階が「いっちゃが」の背中後ろにあたりカウンター席、２階に掘りごたつの宴会用の席が並んでいる。２階にもカウンターがあり焼酎瓶などが並んでいる。
■ お酒類
生ビール 「プレミアムモルツ」
芋焼酎 「月の中」、「天無双」
「月の中」：「手作りゆえ生産わずかの人気焼酎です」
「天無双」：「天下に二つと無い逸品」
お酒 「〆張鶴」(雪)
■ 食事
ビールで乾杯。プレミアムモルツの生はうまい。
料理は次々出たのだが話に夢中であまり記憶に無い。
最初のトマト、アボカドと生ハムはなんとも言いようの無い組合せ。ほかの料理は丁寧に作ってあり、薄味で美味しい。最後の豚と牛肉の蒸篭蒸しは肉と野菜の旨みがが混ざって美味しい一品だった。
焼酎はこだわっているとのことでいつも通りお湯割で飲んだがやさしい芋焼酎であった。
■ 感想等
外国人と楽しい時間をすごすことができた。
店へのアプローチは外国人にも「ほお」という反応を出させる、横浜駅近くとは思えないレトロな風景で店への期待感も高まる。店はテーブル間もそんなにきつくなく、堀コタツなので座るのが苦手な外国人向けであった。
料理は居酒屋料理だがあまり味が濃くないのが良い。丁寧に料理や盛り付けがされていて気持ちが良い。今回は団体なので宴会コースだが、今度は少し少人数で来て、もっといろいろ試してみたいと思った。
サービスは程よい。また、てきぱきした感じが良かった。
気の合った仲間とわいわいがやがやするのに利用したい。
