隠れ家というのはこういうお店！！！
という立地条件のお店でした。
実際には、以前横浜駅西口で行われたBARクルーズに出店されていて
存在は知っていたのですが、行った事はなかったというお店。
今回、奥さんからの要望でついに入店してみることに。
まずは、ビールから開始。
菜の花のお通しが美味い！
ビールが進みます。
こちらのお店、市場から旬の食材を買って来てメニューに活かされているようで
かなりメニュー見ているだけでも楽しいです。
期待膨らむ！！
今回は桜えびが旬ということで・・・
生の桜えびをまずはいってみました。
奥さんは、お皿の色とのコントラストにも関心していましたが・・・
私はショウガ醤油で食べて味にウットリ。
一匹一匹も大ぶりで美味しい！
そして続いては初ガツオ
これまた、ねっとりとして美味しい♪♪
血合いも生臭さなく、パクパクと食べてしまった。
このあたりから、ビールからハイボールへ（笑）
そして、牛スジ煮込み。
よ〜〜〜〜〜〜〜く煮込まれてて美味しい！！
どれも外れなく、ど真ん中をせめて来ます。
さすが、こんな立地で見つけにくい場所にあるにも関わらず、混むだけある。
出てくる料理はどれも絶品です。
鳥から上げも食べてみたらジューシーで、これまた絶品♪
最後の〆は「本日の漬け丼」
本日はサーモンということでしたが。。。
これまたうめ〜〜〜〜！！！
はい。また来ます。
そんな殿堂入りのお店との出会いでした。
お酒は、あまりいろいろ飲まなかったので標準にしています。
お料理だけを見れば、☆４つは行けてました！
