前日に電話で予約し、休日ディナーで伺いました
窓の無い個室なら空いてるということで、個室をお願いしました
個室料はかかりません
店内には靴を脱いで入ります
予約したのは梅の花膳「極」
豚の豆乳しゃぶしゃぶor黒毛和牛のしゃぶしゃぶ
を選びます
今回は豚の豆乳しゃぶしゃぶにしました
牛乳と生クリームで作った嶺岡豆腐はもっちり濃厚
蓮根饅頭は揚げてお出汁に入ってます
もっちもちで美味しい
豆乳のしゃぶしゃぶは、出来立ての湯葉が食べられる
途中継ぎ足し用の豆乳を持ってきてくれました
選択料理の黒毛和牛の溶岩焼き
熱々の石の上に自分でお肉をのせて焼く
お肉はジューシーで◯
銀だらの西京焼きはちょっと甘いな
お肉の方がお勧め
湯葉吸い物はとろみがついてる
〆は蟹ご飯だったがちょっとパサついてた
デザートの小豆豆腐はもちもち
豆乳アイスも美味しかった
