食べログへの口コミ投稿で貯まったTポイントを期限内に使うべく、たまの平日休みの日のランチをと予約してコチラに伺いました。

コレは特選和牛の上カルビか上ロースを、また冷麺か石焼ビビンバかスンドゥブチゲ(ご飯付き)を選べます。今回は上カルビ＋スンドゥブチゲをチョイス。
まずはチョレギサラダ、韓国風の甘辛なドレッシングが美味しい。豆もやしも普通に美味しいし、白菜キムチも日式の薄味のものではなく、ちゃんと旨味があってイケる。
スンドゥブチゲは石鍋で熱々グツグツです。スープに貝の旨味がよく出てて美味しい。具は豆腐、玉子、豚肉、アサリ、ネギ、白菜キムチとニラ。
上カルビは分厚いのが５切れ。綺麗なサシも入ってて、見るからに良いお肉。じっくり無縁ロースターで１枚ずつ育てて頂きました。
厚みがあるので強火は厳禁ですね。生焼けになっちゃう。網の外側でじっくり火を入れて食べると、柔らかくてサッと口の中から引いていく脂も上品で美味しい。
最初は肉と白飯で食べてましたが、終盤はスンドゥブチゲに残りのご飯をダイブさせ、最後の１粒まで美味しく頂きました。
3,000円だけのことはある、美味しい焼肉ランチを2,000円で。食べログありがとうー笑
