こちら横浜高島屋の8階。空席もあったのでなだ万御膳をオーダー。なだ万さんのレシピを生かしつつ、横浜牛も取り込んでいて、5000円くらいとお安くはないですが、なだ万さんの味わいを気軽に楽しめる感覚ですね。旬菜、お椀というところは、見た目も麗しく、わりとしっかりとした味わいと旨味、なだ万さんの安定感があります。お刺身も確かなクオリティ、メインは美味しいですが、少し作り置きのような印象もあるでしょうか。逆にサクサクとお料理が出てくるのは、デパートの店舗ならではのありがたさかもしれませんね。
