週末のお昼に予約してお邪魔しました。
出汁、素材、そして器、安定感は間違い無しですね。
環境も高島屋のレストラン街にあるとは思えない落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
ただ、これは凄い！との感動は無かったかなぁ…
立地、安定感は間違いなく、またお邪魔させて頂きます。
