【冬の北海道フェア】ディナー約100種 ＜2024/1/6～3/31＞
同じフェアを２度楽しむのは初めて。
前回、食べられなかった料理を含めて美味しさを楽しんできました！
これだけの品数を、これだけの美味しさで提供してくれる調理人の方々に感謝！
接客は最近ちょっとぎこちない人がいますが笑顔を返してあげてください。
また１人でもムッとしていては美味しさが伝わってきませんよ！笑顔笑顔！
次回の北海道フェアどのような形で提供してくれるのか楽しみに待っています。
～冬の北海道フェア～
今回も美味しくいただきました。
寿司がなくなり勝手丼と名の付く海鮮丼に。
好きなように好きなだけネタを乗せられるという魅力たっぷりなメニュー。
いくら丼にして食べてきました。
皿にネタだけ思いっきりという方も。
いか焼き、いかめし 香ばしさが何とも言えない美味しさ。
いかめしは提供の仕方が変わり、美味しさがアップ。
ホッケも美味しかったですね。真ボッケでしょうか。
珍味もいけます。ホタテも大きくなっています。
しっかりと新しいメニューを味わってきました。
他のメニューも楽しみたかったのですがタイムオーバー。あっという間です。
カニは前回同様、殻が薄く柔らかく食べずらいのが難点。いたし方のないところ。
ほとんどの人が何を言っているのか意味が分からないと思いますが。
しかし殻をむくスペシャリストがいつも一緒なので何の問題もありません。
鋏を巧みに操りサクッと身だけを提供してくれます。笑
今回は特に新しいメニューを含め美味しさがアップしています。断言します。
味噌ラーメンは、前回とは違い、ここまで美味しくしなくても。
すみれよりお気に入り。と言えばわかってもらえるでしょうか。
食べる順番なのでしょうか塩味がアップ私好みに。味噌の旨味が力強くアピールしてきます。
見た目は前回と変わらないのですが。
デザートも美味しくいただきました。
ただしハスカップ。酸味優先で微かに感じる甘さでいいと思います。
ちょっとしたアクセントに。
8,500円と値が張りますが値が張る分しっかりと過去とは違うメニューで
色々と楽しませてくれます。コンパスに通い続けられる大きな理由。
食べて美味しい、そして楽しい。100種類以上という多彩なメニューの中から選ぶワクワク感。
いつも期待に胸を膨らませての来店。そして、その期待を裏切ることはない。
