It was lively and full. The atmosphere reminded me of the 1990s, and it was perfect for drinking with old friends. The staff are nice and it's an old Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I recommend the fried chicken, which is cheap and good at 850 yen for a mega jug, but the food overall is average.
