ご飯の炊き方は、出色の出来だと思います。おかずの選べるお好み定食、豚の角煮と鮭ハラス焼きでいただく。
平日の昼に伺いました。場所は、横浜駅中央自由通路を西口ロータリーに上がります。右手に進み3つ目の右丁字路、ロータリーから外に出ていく一方通行路に入ります。しばらく進むと上空に首都高速のある帷子川分水路を越えた右手のビル地下1階。このフロアは、専用の階段がありそれを利用します。
中華料理店の隣がこちらの店舗。入店しスタッフに人数を告げると喫煙の有無を聞かれます。そう、こちらは昼食時でも分煙になっているのです。禁煙スペースのカウンターを指定され着きます。禁煙スペースは半分程度。どうやら、喫煙スペースの人気がありそうですね。卓上のメニューを見ます。定番メニューのほか、お好み定食と言う、好きな2品の料理を選んでオリジナル定食を作ることができます。そこには、夜のアテにも使えそうな、魚と肉の料理が並びます。これにしましょう。選んだ2品は、豚角煮と鮭ハラス焼。ご飯は、白飯と五穀米が選べ、白米を選択。値段は1,000円。呼び出しボタンでスタッフを呼びます。こちらのスタッフ、音が鳴ると、伺いますと必ず声を発します。なかなか素晴らしい。明るくて元気なのも良い。注文しませんでしたが、数量限定で納豆のサービスが受けられます。
7～8分で提供です。なかなか豪華ですね。豚角煮は、程よい大きさの角煮が4切れ、大根、うずら玉子。角煮はやや硬くなっているものの、味が染みていて美味しい。他もしっかりと煮込まれています。そして、鮭ハラス焼。これは3切れほど。脂の比率が結構あり好み。塩みは強くなく美味しい。
味噌汁は、油揚と長ネギ。具は寂しいが、出汁が自然でなかなか美味しい。漬物はつぼ漬けで平凡。そしてご飯。これはたいへん美味しかった。今年昼食で食べたご飯の中では、ダントツの1番。それだけ美味しかった。炊きたてであったということと、時期的に新米だったのかもしれない。水加減も含めて完璧。もう少し丁寧に盛られていたらさらに良かった。ボリュームは160gくらいか。大盛もお替わりもできます。居酒屋のランチと侮ってはいけませんね。ご飯もおかずも満足です。
接客について。居酒屋風のカジュアルさがありますが、嫌みがなく明るく元気。すべてのスタッフがそんな印象で、私は好印象です。一つ残念なことは、店内が少し暗い。特に着席したカウンターは特に。せっかくの美味しい料理の見栄えが良くない。せめて、昼食時くらいは照度を高くしてほしい。

It's been a while since I attended a large banquet. I previously used this restaurant for lunch, and it cost 4,800 yen including all-you-can-drink. You can upgrade to premium for an additional 500 yen, but this content (see image) is sufficient. There is no problem because there is Kurokirishima and Shochikubai (Gokai). The contents of the meal are: ・Appetizer: Wasabi and okra with sesame sauce ・Salad: Steamed chicken and cucumber choregi salad ・Sashimi: 5 pieces of sashimi (one piece per person) ・Nabe: choose salted Chanko nabe ・Grilled dish: chicken with green onion skewers (for 1 person) 2 skewers) -Fried food eel tempura and green bean tempura platter -Tempura dish: choose udon Is this the order of the hot pot? I think so... I get the impression that the course and assembly are unremarkable. The quality is also not good. A few years ago, 5,000 yen with all-you-can-drink would have been a reasonable price, but now it's becoming the lowest point. Our store has a large box, but today it's about 30% full. Also, as I felt last time, the impression of the staff (movements and smiles) is good. I'm happy that the drinks were served quickly. The customer base is over 40, so it's calm, which is good.
