横浜駅から徒歩3分！ビルの4階にあります。
熟成肉バル ビストロ ワインカフェARASHIは、
国産黒毛和牛を60日～100日かけて熟成した“超”熟成肉を“超”おいしく、“超”リーズナブルにご提供してくれます。
お肉好きにはたまらないお店です。
店内は煉瓦風の壁でソファー席もあり素敵です。
うちの他は女子会の組が多く、女子率が高かったです。
メニューはお肉がメインですがお肉以外もあります。
お肉料理は、絵にも書いてありますが、ウチモモ、シンシン、ランプ、イチボといったレアな部位も多くあり、ローストビーフやハンバーグ、など定番メニューもたくさんあります。
どれにしようか迷ってしまったので店員さんにオススメメニューを聞いてみたところ、
『本日の二種盛り合わせ』とのこと。
今回はシンシンとランプでした‼︎
乾杯〜まずはお通しに生ハムが出てきました。
そしてオススメの『二種盛り合わせ』が登場です。
シンシン、、
はじめて聞く部位で初めてたべましたが、ランプとそこまで変わらず柔らかく美味しかったです！
付け合わせにタレ、塩、わさび、しょうがの4種類があり、お好みで少しずつをつけて食べました。
そして定番メニューのほかに、スペシャルメニューがあるということでこちらからもチョイス！
◯いちごと生ハムのクルミサラダ
くるみといちごがたっぷりかかっていて女子には嬉しいサラダです。 生ハムものっていました。
いちごの甘さとバルサミコ酢ソースの酸っぱさがよく合いとても美味しかったです！
◯海老餃子どっさりパクチー
私パクチーが大好きなのでこちらのメニューは一目惚れしました‼︎
本当にパクチーがどっさりのっていて下の海老餃子が見えないくらいでした笑‼︎
海老餃子は蒸し餃子で、ソースがアンチョビソースでパクチーにとてもよく合いとても美味しかったです！
最後にパスタをチョイス(^.^)
◯魚介とトマトの旨みシーフード
淡路島産の生パスタを使用しています。
そのためもちもちとしたパスタで食感がいいです。濃厚なトマトソースでとても美味しかったです！
店内は女子率が高かったけど、男性もぜひぜひおすすめです。
メニューはアラカルト以外にコースもあるので、大勢の場合はコースもいいですね。
予約をおすすめしますよ。
