飲みで利用。
鶴屋町の一角、小さな雑居ビルだけど、看板は目立つ。
店内は分煙されておらず、やや煙たいけど、短時間なら我慢できるか。
生ビールから、ワインをボトルで。
肉には赤ってのが定番らしいが、飲みたいのが白なのでオーダーは白ワイン。
名実ともに看板メニューである熟成肉を、2種盛り合わせで注文。
本日はウチモモとイチボらしい。
さすが、柔らかいのに適度に噛み応えもあって、上品に「肉食ってる」感がある。
白ワインだって合います。
紫煙きつかったので早めに出ましたが、美味しかったです。
