横浜駅西口から徒歩3分ほどにある、横浜イカセンターさんに伺いました。どストレートな店名と、入口の「看板の活魚卸直営の店」、「魚ばか」の文字が期待感を膨らませます。
・活アオリイカ造り
もちろんこちらの一押しはイカのお造りですが、イカの種類その日によって違うようです。本日はアオリイカでした。新鮮で透き通ったイカはコリコリ歯応えがよく甘みもあり、非常に美味しかったです。
ゲソを別盛りで出してくれるのですが、こちらはまだ動いており、食べると吸盤が口の中に張り付いてくるくらいの鮮度です。お造りよりもさらに歯応えがあり、とても美味しかったです。
・辛みそ胡瓜
みそがピリ辛の肉みそで、さっぱりしたきゅうりとの相性が抜群。最高のおつまみでした。
・海老と帆立のバター焼き
プリプリな海老と、旨みのつまった帆立のバター焼きで、美味しくないわけがないありません。ちょっと値段のわりには小さいのだけが気になりました。
・ホタルイカ沖漬け
こちらも絶品。最高のおつまみすぎて、日本酒をかなり飲んでしまいました。
・中落ち丼
〆にはこちらを注文。たっぷりのマグロ中落ちがのせてあり、最高の〆でした。
・まとめ
イカはもちろん、他のメニューもどれも美味しくて、かなり満足度の高いお店でした。入店時から帰るまでずっと満席でかなり賑わっていましたが、それにも納得です。
