今回はコース料理を予約した。
前菜のタルタルステーキやメイン前のビーフシチュー、メインのステーキなど様々な形で熟成肉を食することができる。
メインはサーロイン、ハラミ、肩三角の三種のステーキをいただいた。どれも柔らかく美味しい。
