I went to [UMAMI Sake Nibankan] in Yokohama. This store is located in the basement of a building in Yokohama, and is a small restaurant with an adult atmosphere. It was perfect for drinking. This time, the food is the popular rice and Chinese course with all-you-can-drink drinks. We enjoyed lots of sake! Let's start with the food. 1. Today's appetizer (oden) → The heartwarming soup stock is delicious. Oden is a great way to get Japanese-style meal taste! 2. Assortment of 5 sashimi with bluefin tuna A sashimi platter with cutlassfish, yellowtail, water octopus, etc. The swordfish was so delicious! ! Goes well with Japanese sake! ! 3. Shrimp and broccoli salad A salad topped with plump, large shrimp. Perfect for resting your chopsticks. 4. Thickly sliced chicken ham → This chicken ham was super moist and delicious! I really want to know how to make it lol 5. Nanohana and whitebait with egg → This was my first time eating rapeseed with egg and it was really delicious. The gentle soup stock is so delicious! 6. Homemade spare ribs → Seasoned spare ribs that are not too salty. I'm very satisfied with the volume. The crumbly taste is also the best. 7. Lightly pickled vegetables → It's a classic, but it's perfect for refreshing your palate. And above all, it goes really well with sake! 8. Today's aromatic chazuke → The combination of cooked rice and light soup stock is the best!
