先日オープンしたばかりのやきとり家、すみれでディナー。やきとりだけでなく、新鮮な鶏料理も魅力的。タンパク質摂取したいアスリートや美容に気を使う女性にもオススメ。なんてったって、レア、生でいただくのが一番ですから！
もちろん焼鳥好きには焼鳥を。(^。^)
スパークリングにも合うおつまみ～クリームチーズに蜂蜜をクラッカーで塩ダレキャベツはお通しねぎまや焼き物もなかなかです。ピリ辛の冷やっこ
けど、気になったのは鶏のカルパッチョ！タンパクなお味ですが、甘みがあって美味しい。
鶏の唐揚げタルタルソース大山どりのカルパッチョこちらはトリュフオイルとバルサミコソースで胸肉よだれ鶏のピリ辛ソース
そしてこれは初！！レバーのカルパッチョ。ごくレアに仕上げたレバー。
～と、野菜をほとんど食べず、本当にアスリートのごとくなディナー。帰りは走って帰ろうかしら（笑）
ラーメンも気になったのは言うまでもなく…別腹無かったです。次回に☆ごちそうさまでした。
