We only offer `` selection Courses'' that are optimally combined for each individual. If you drink wine, choose seasonings that match the wine. For those who like sour, choose fatty parts. We offer courses just for you, such as ``peach'', ``chochin'', ``snagimo'', and ``chicken wings'', based on conversations and drinks. Please enjoy the seasonal flavors of this masterpiece. We do not have a fixed brand of chicken, which is carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal until it becomes plump, and we only purchase the highest quality and freshest chicken at the time. Before opening, each piece is carefully and sincerely skewered. The ``skin'' is not the usual neck part, but the thick and soft part from the chest to the waist, giving it a slightly different flavor. We are also particular about our ``Chochin'', which has the delicious taste of chicken egg yolk that bursts in your mouth, and our ``Chicken Chicken'', which is soft and well-cooked and retains its pink color.
