仲間との忘年会を横浜駅徒歩圏内ですることになり、過去行った店で選ぼうかとも思ったので
すが食べログで行ったことない店を探して飲んだら大成功でした。
まず入って驚いたのは樽型の半個室（お店が公開している写真をご覧ください）。今回はここ
には案内されませんでしたが（早く埋まってしまう？）他にも小さい酒樽？を吊るしていたり
こだわりの内装でした。
そして接客も素晴らしい。まずは席に挨拶が書かれたカードが置かれており、その後来た店員
さんも紋切型ではない挨拶をしてくれました。そしてファーストビールが運ばれて来て料理注
文しようとしたら、「先に乾杯どうぞ！」と乾杯が終わるまで待機してくれる気の利かせよう。
また今日のおすすめの説明をしていいですか？って聞かれてどうぞどうぞと答えると、おす
すめに朱色の筆ペンぽいもので〇をつけてくれました。他にもいいなって思う接客もありまし
たが、こういう気持ちのいい接客って、高級レストランとかでは経験したことがあるもののこ
の価格帯の居酒屋では中々ないかも。ってここまで勢ぞろいなのは初めてです！店長さんの
教育が行き届いていて、店員さんもモチベーション高くないとできないのでは？
そして食器とかグラスとか、料理についてる飾り付けも同じくこの価格帯の居酒屋とは一味
違うものばかり。
料理もお酒も美味しかったけど、こういう接客とか食器ですごく差別化できてるんで総合的
にはとても気に入った店になりました。って新年会もここでしようと思った次第です。
料理もちょっとひと手間加えた料理とか、他ではなかなかみかけない料理（里芋のから揚げ、
江戸前あなごの天ぷら、湘南小田原揚げ、蕪の含め焼き、長ねぎの漬物）もあり、僕が必ず
頼むサワーもハイレベルでした（生絞りレモンサワー、ジャスミンハイ、生グレープフルー
ツサワー）。
