うなぎ屋さんだけど石垣牛A5もあるので石垣牛好きな我が家は牛狙いか！？

スモークサーモン手毬寿司がメッチャ美味かった！
ご飯の硬さ、凄く硬いんだけど芯がある硬さじゃ無くぎしっとした絶妙な炊き具合！
そしてスモークサーモンがまたその硬い米と相まってなんとも美味い！！
おかわり欲しい程。
枝豆しんじょうすり流しは温かいスープでホッとする。
稚鮎も久しぶりに食べました。
季節の物を頂く幸せ。

まぐろ かんぱち
さしみ2種は普通。
メインの二の膳はうな重の1尾の葵。
もうね、うなぎ美味過ぎでしょ。
今まで食べて来たうなぎの中で1番美味かった。
大きなうなぎを丸々1尾。
食べ応えもありありで最高。
うなぎにはビタミンCだけが無いので国産レモンに蜂蜜をかけてある物が出せれた。
そのまま齧って召し上がり下さいとの事。

石垣牛A5の焼肉重・高尾
一の膳 前菜は上記と同じ物。
二の膳に石垣牛A5の焼肉重。
これも少し頂いたが上品な油と味付けで美味い。良い。
