ラーメン 850円 ニンニク、ちょい野菜、ちょいあぶら
麺、低加水極太縮れ麺。二郎より太くてデフォで硬茹で。粉もオーションっぽい。かなり好み。しかし量は多くないので二郎好きは麺増しした方が良さそう。
スープ、醤油鶏油鶏ガラ豚骨。微乳化だけど食べ進めると鶏油と背脂で乳化クリーミーになる。二郎のような旨みガツンと系ではないがこれはこれでアリ。
チャーシュー、鶏胸肉二枚。柔らかくプルンとしててあっさり味。美味しいのだが旨味や食べ応えは豚には劣る。
野菜、キャベツ３割、シャキ。ちょい増しなのだがかなりの量。デフォだと麺が少ないので食べるバランスはちょっと注意。
ニンニク、細かいみじん切り。
平日1112着、席半分空き。
２人オペ。
二郎系を期待して、まあまあ満足。
駅近で便利な割に値段が手頃。代わりに、麺量、鶏胸は残念。
食券機近くの席だと、居酒屋みたいに店内BGMが大きくて店員の声が聞こえにくい。味の邪魔になる。
