《中華そばRAMEN800円》
■2021年179杯目■
エキニアという横浜駅からのアクセスはいいが存在自体の認知が薄く、ここのエクセシオールはよく隠れ家的な立ち位置で使ってました。また手前の龍味は中華料理店として有名。
新店ですが元気のないバイトさん？1人営業でした。
■内装
厨房が高くなっておりL字カウンターで8席。
座席正面に各項目のこだわりが記してありますが、ただの紙にセロテープで貼ってあるだけなのでやや見窄らしい。余計なお世話かもしれないが、折角のこだわりが逆効果。
食券制です。
■麺
麺は京都の製麺所の『麺屋棣鄂』を使用とのこと。棣鄂の中でも細麺ストレートの全粒粉。硬めに茹で上げられており好みな感じでボリュームもしっかりあるのも有り難い。
■スープ
無化調を売りにしており、椎茸などの優しい出汁が優しく感じられインパクトは高くはないが、安心して美味しく食べられる一杯。
■トピ
豚チャーシュー、めんま、紫玉ネギ、カイワレ、ネギ、海苔はアピールしてるだけあって美味しい。そしてワカメ。わかめは賛否両論あるみたい。販売機の写真ではワカメではなく青菜。写真の方が麺線も整えられている。
ラーメン以外の所で損している印象。伍年の存続を目指しての店名とのこと。
