横浜駅から地下でつながったエキニアB1Fにあるラーメン店。日曜12時前に訪問。カウンター席しかなく満席でしたが、ちょっと待って入れました。特製ラーメンとどちらにするか迷いましたが、お店の一押しという昆布水つけ麺にしました。つけ汁は澄んだ醤油味のスープで刻んだねぎ、玉ねぎ、チャーシューが入ってます。麺は細麺で昆布水特有のトロっとした感じの水にまとわれていましたが、おいしかったです。また麺に添えられていたトロみのある刻み昆布をスープに入れて食べると味変できます。さらに半玉替え玉無料でお得です。
