The location is B1 of Equinia Yokohama. In the foreground is the popular Ryumai restaurant, and even though it's before noon, there's a long line. Pass by and come here. The keywords are non-chemical style and local production for local consumption. We use ingredients such as Yokohama soy sauce, seaweed from Tsutagane Shoten, and shiitake mushrooms from Yokohama Nagashima Farm for the kaeshi, and they are also featured on the sign outside. The noodles are said to be made by a long-established noodle shop in Kyoto called Menya Soto. The inside of the store is a small space with only counter seats. Order: ◉Special Ramen 1,100 yen When I tried the soup, it was definitely delicious with a chicken base, kelp, and seafood stock. The crispy, thin whole grain noodles are also good. It's a very good Ramen and it's delicious, but I wonder why it feels like it's a little too clumped together. I would like to try it again.
