横浜に用事あり。
天気も良く、散歩日和。
横浜といえば、家系ラーメンですが今日はあっさり醤油が食べたくてこちら。
横浜駅地下の伍年食堂さん。
人気の中華、龍味さんを抜け奥にありますが横浜、わかりにくい。。
店はカウンター7席ほど。
すぐ満席になります。
券売機で特製を発注、10分くらいで完成。
なんか丁寧に作っているのを感じます。
スープを一口、あ、好きな味。
続いて麺、スープがからみ、茹で加減も良い！
海苔はザ、海苔！でいい海苔です。
卵、メンマも味付けされ美味しい。
チャーシューも薄切り2枚だが肉の味がする。
こりゃたまげました。。
横浜地下に名店ですね。
私的にはかなり美味しいと感じました！
