今日は横浜に出かける用事があり、ちょっと気になっていた無化調ラーメンのこちら、伍年食堂さんに初上陸。
12時ちょうどに着いて中には３人ほどのお客さんはいたが、待ちなどは無し。
食券を購入し待つこと少々チャク丼です。
細麺に無化調にしてはしっかりとダシの効いたスープがよく合います。うん美味しい。
無化調系のラーメン屋さんはこだわりなのか？胡椒などの調味料が置いていないところが多いですがこちらは、ミルに入った白胡椒があります。
胡椒によく合うラーメン好きにはたまらず、少し食べてから胡椒をかけて見るとさらに美味しさアップ。
想像していたよりも好みの味でした。
