We only offer courses that start with ``Nukazuke'' pickled in rice bran that has been passed down for over 70 years. Speaking of the beginning of Yakitori, Riyotei not only has the same flavors since its founding, such as [hearts], [deep-fried chicken wings], [grilled whole peppers], but also a course that mixes free-range chicken and Cow tongue Steak.
