We use "Oyama Jidori" for our yakitori, and we provide freshly grilled chicken to suit your eating pace. Each piece is slowly and carefully grilled over bincho charcoal, so you can enjoy a crispy outside and fluffy inside. ``White liver'' and ``chochin'' are rare parts, and are available in limited quantities, so we recommend you to try them when you come to our restaurant.
