This is a store I saw on Instagram and wanted to try. All the items in selection course were carefully designed to bring out the best in Oyster, and the timing of the dishes, and the casual recommendation of items and drinks that were not part of the course, were delicious. The two staff members were pleasant from beginning to end, and they quietly enlivened the overall atmosphere, including the other customers who were present at the time. I was happy that everything was delicious, but it was a restaurant that made me want to come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Oyster. I won't go into details because I want to recommend each item. Thank you for the meal!

We do not accept sales calls. Ekinia Yokohama is open for rent on the 1st Cafeterias floor of Goten Shokudo. 2回目の来店は娘と。
今日はイベントデーとあって通常とはラインナップが異なりますが相変わらず牡蠣への愛とリスペクトが半端なく伝わってきました。
春から夏にかけて大きくなっていく牡蠣。
種類が様々なのも素晴らしいけどどれを食べても全く臭みがなく調理法に合ってるのはすごい。
生牡蠣に始まり、冷製パスタまで。
牡蠣に合うお酒と今回も和やかな雰囲気の中あっという間のひとときでした。
また伺いたいと思います。
お一人様でも少人数のグループでも楽しく美味しいひと時を過ごせます。
