At our restaurant, we offer dishes that value the seasonality of the moment, with a focus on Oyster purchased directly from all over the country. Recommended is the "Assortment of all kinds of raw Oyster" with 4 to 5 kinds carefully selected by Oyster lovers! We mainly use single-seed ingredients, which are not mass-produced but are farmed by rolling them in baskets, so you can enjoy a well-rounded, high-quality flavor. Be sure to try our signature menu items such as kombujime, soy sauce pickled oysters, and vinegared Oyster. This is a popular item.

We offer a wide variety Creative Cuisine take advantage of the unique characteristics of Oyster and use different cooking methods for each type. Among them, the handmade `` Oyster Gratin'', which is only available during the winter season, is handmade from white sauce, and is a simple yet luxurious dish that uses plenty of large Sanriku Oyster and onions! We also offer cream pasta made in a Japanese style with salted kelp, soy sauce, and seaweed, and pizza topped with plenty of cheese and six Oyster from Hiroshima Prefecture. You can also use it for dates and girls' night out, so please feel free to visit us. Unlike before the move, when we only handled Oyster from Hiroshima, you can now enjoy Oyster from all over the country.
