I went on the recommendation of a friend. I was surprised that there was a restaurant in the basement of a building like this, but it was pretty empty on a Sunday evening. Ordered raw fried horse mackerel, chicken tempura, Gyoza / Dumpling, etc. I guess it depends on the item, but Gyoza / Dumpling was delicious. The seasoning of Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) was delicious, but the rice felt a little sticky.
