横浜モアーズの9階が新装オープンということで来てみました。フロアをぐるりと見て、ゆったりとできて点心が美味しそうなサワダ茶寮さんに入りました。
順番待ちは機械で受付でき、数字で呼ばれるスタイルです。日曜の12時過ぎに2組待ちだったのでまだまだ注目されていないのかも。
中に入るとオープンテラスのように空が見える席が真ん中にあり、開放感が心地よいです。でも日が当たっている席は暑そうで、使用されていなさそうでした。（無理に案内されるより良い方針だと思います）
メニューは休日にもランチセットがあり、ミニサラダ、小籠包2種類、メインで1500〜2000円はとてもありがたいです。追加の点心やデザートもリーズナブルに感じます。
今回は澤田流麻婆豆腐セットと海鮮しるそばセットをお願いしました。
麻婆豆腐は辛さが心配でしたが、辛さと痺れが心地よいレベルで美味しく食べられる麻婆豆腐でした。硬めに炊かれたご飯と合います。
海鮮しるそばは、ラーメン屋のラーメンと違った海鮮の優しい旨味が感じられるスープで、中に入っているエビやイカの具材も食感がしっかりしていて美味しかったです。
小籠包は通常とカニの2種類が楽しめます。大きめで肉汁もたっぷり入っていて食べ応えがありました。カニ小籠包のカニの風味が堪らないです。
デザートにマンゴープリンを追加してしまいました。マンゴープリンはココナッツとヨーグルトが入っているそうで、酸味と風味が美味しくすっきりと食べられました。
メニューや注文がスマホで、片付けが早いのは少し寂しさはありましたが、2000円前後でこのレベルのランチはとてもコスパ高いと思います。混み始める前にまた来たいと思いました。
