「横浜野田岩」に行きました。
野田岩は東京都の麻布に寛政年間に創業され、そこで修業をされていた三男の方が暖簾分けを許され、平成元年横浜に当店をオープンしました。
秘伝のタレと備長炭を使ってじっくりと焼き上げた蒲焼きが頂けます。
「楓」をお願いしました。
鰻重が肝吸いと香の物と共に供されます。
皮は香ばしく、身は柔らかく、すっきりとしたタレと絡んで美味しいです。
再訪して天然モノを頂いてみたいと思います。
