17時からオープンしているこちらのお店へ初訪問
商業施設に入っているものの
鮮度の高いお魚と、こだわりの日本酒が飲める
良い意味で、らしからぬ居酒屋さん。
お店の前にはずらりと日本酒の箱が。
そしてお店の中に入ると円柱の水槽にカワハギとアオリイカが泳いでいます
奥には鮑の水槽も。

①お通し（本鮪・平目昆布〆・鰤の藁焼き・カワハギの煮凝り）600円
本鮪は赤身と中トロの間くらいしっかりとしていて美味しい
平目昆布〆は個人的には昆布が少し効きすぎな印象
旬の鰤の藁焼きは香りといい脂ののり方といい一番美味しい
カワハギの煮凝りは可もなく不可もなし
②カワハギの活け造り 3980円
立派で大きいカワハギを目の前で調理
「あたりですねー」なんて言いながら魚自体も多く肝も特大
肝醤油を包んで、ブリブリのカワハギはまずいハズがない、、
頭・骨の部分はお吸い物に変身
染みわたる。
③アオリイカの活け造り 3980円
こちらも目の前で豪快に調理
甘みが強くしっかりした歯ごたえのアオリイカ
エンペラーとげその部分は程よいタイミングで焼きor揚げに。
④広島県産 生カキ 780円
⑤広島県産 カキの磯焼き 780円
牡蠣好きは牡蠣をみつけたら必ず頼む。
立派だけどさっぱり。
