明治創業のすき焼きの元祖、牛鍋の店。その歴史はすき焼きのWikipediaに名がでるほど。
味噌仕立てでぶつ切りの牛肉を贅沢に鉄鍋で焼く趣深いスタイル。明治人の食べる時代のものなので歴史はあるが濃いめの味付けには好き好みは分かれるでしょう。一度は経験すべき逸品。
