土曜日の１９時半ごろ訪問。
横浜駅からだいぶ離れているためか、結構空いていてありがたいです。
呼び込みの人に、1000円で飲み放題と聞いて入店したのですが、後でレシートを見ると、生追加で+200円となっていた。
一言言ってくれた方が誠実だと思いますけどね。
200円という金額の問題ではなくて、後でこっそり追加されているって気がつくと、いい気はしないですよね。
それから、席についてから「飲み放題の場合は１人２品以上料理を注文してください」と言われました。
別に結局２品ぐらい注文するわけですが、注文とる時に言わなくてもね～。先に言えと。
呼び込みの時か、せめて店内に入って飲み放題と伝えたときに言うべきでしょう。
さて店内ですが、薄暗く落ち着いた感じで、チェーン店とはいえなかなかおしゃれ。
昔はもっと明るくていかにも和風居酒屋って感じでしたが、いつの頃からか変わりましたね。
こういう感じはなかなか好きです。
料理を注文しました。・・・が、なかなか来ない。
空席もあるし、混雑しているというほどではなさそうでしたが。
とはいえ、店員さんはいっぱいいっぱいな様子で・・・。
サービスの問題というよりは、人手不足？
料理の方は、値段が安い割になかなかおいしく、満足できました。
雰囲気も料理もCPも悪くないんだけどな～。
サービスの印象がちょっとねえ。
