週末に予約をして訪問。
開店時間前に到着も既にオープンしており、お客さんも入り始めている。
・ハーフ&ハーフ ピザ 3000円
・ポルチーニ茸のパッケリ 2000円
・タコの溺れ煮 1400円
・席料 600円
ピザはハーフ&ハーフにできるとのことから、マルゲリータに茄子がのったものと、ハムとピスタチオのものを注文。
ピザ生地の厚さ、モチモチさ、焼き加減が丁度良い。
具材はハムが塩味も適度でピスタチオの食感もあり旨い。
パッケリを知らずに頼んでしまったが、筒状のパスタのことのよう。
ソースはポルチーニ茸を使用したクリーム仕立てでこれまた旨い。
タコの溺れ煮はこれでもかと柔らかく煮たタコのトマトソース煮込み。
カリカリに焼いたバゲットが付いているのも有難い。
とにかく柔らかいので歯が弱くなってもこれなら食べられるんじゃないかな。
席料が発生するのと料理もそれなりの値段なので気軽に来ることは出来ないが、たまの贅沢には良いかもしれない。
