It's been a long time since I last had a dinner party (drinking party) with close friends. Today, I chose Yokohama, a halfway point between my friends who live in a wide area. I made a reservation for Noge no Jin, and this is my first time at Noge in a while. I had a reservation for 19:00, but I entered the store around 18:45. It's crowded and almost full. First, I ordered the all-you-can-drink (¥1800). After that, order drinks and food using the touch panel. Since it was a drinking party, I did not record the exact names and prices of the dishes. First, we will start with an assortment of three types of horse sashimi. It's insanely delicious. The reviews said that the horse sashimi was recommended, and that's definitely true. It's 4 slices each, so it's not divisible by 3 people, but we all ate it all together. The sashimi is also delicious. It's fresh. The seared gamecock with ponzu sauce that I was looking forward to has arrived. It has a firm texture. It's been a long time since I had such delicious chicken tataki. Each piece is large and filling. It also went great with onions. The last thing I ordered was Kobore Sushi and Mentai Cheese Dashi Roll. The spilled sushi has so much green onion on it that it's spectacular. It also comes with sashimi, which really makes you want to eat it. The mentaiko cheese soup rolls were highly praised in other reviews, and they were excellent. It's piping hot, and the cheese stretches out when you cut it. There was also a considerable amount of mentaiko, and it had a great presence. A Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where everything is delicious. It has enough presence even in Noge, a fierce battle area.
