I am Toshihide Igaki, president of Chery Rose Co., Ltd., human resources educator, and principal of Manner Beauty School. I am in charge of [employee training] every month at Yokohama Environmental Conservation in Yokohama. A new [next generation leader training] will begin for the next six months, so before that, I decided to have a dinner party with the presidents to align our vectors (direction of thinking). Since I can only drink Japanese sake (national sake) and cocktails, I chose this restaurant that has Japanese sake. What's more, it's a private room where you can enjoy the wonderful night view of Yokohama. When I looked at the alcohol menu, there were two types of sake from Kokuryu Sake Brewery (Fukui Prefecture), which is my favorite in the world. Of course, Black Dragon is the only choice! For the dishes, you can enjoy a variety of seafood shipped directly from Hokuriku, such as Ishikawa Prefecture. Assorted sashimi, Anglerfish hotpot (with Kanazawa ponzu sauce), and tataki Echigo beef. The most delicious one was the ``Natural salt-grilled sea bream''. The grilled pork belly on a skewer is fatty and has just the right amount of salt, making it delicious! Japanese sake is the perfect accompaniment to Japanese Cuisine. The drinks progressed with delicious food and fun conversation. Thanks to this, I have strengthened my heart-to-heart ties with the presidents. It was really delicious because they have my favorite national sake in the world, ``Kokuryu,'' and the ``tin'' container allows you to drink it cold for a long time. Thank you for the meal.
