お刺身の鮮度が良くてクオリティも高い居酒屋でした。
土日は11:30~、平日は17:00~営業なので
土日は昼呑み可能。
本鮪と鯛がオススメで
金目鯛のしゃぶしゃぶが名物とのこと。
半個室は長めの暖簾がかかっているので
他のお客さんのことが気にならずよかったです。
注文は卓上にあるブザーを押して口頭注文です。
お通しは『アサリの酒蒸し』
アサリだけでなくワカメも入っていて
ボリュームある嬉しいお通し。
『生本鮪断面刺し』
赤身と中トロのグラデーションが美しい断面刺し。
赤身の部位も生臭さが全くなくて新鮮で良い鮪。
このひと皿で赤身と中トロの食感や味わいの
違いを楽しむことができるので
これはマストメニューだと思います。

『金目鯛のしゃぶしゃぶ』
これめちゃめちゃ美味しい♡
薄っぺらい刺身を想像してたんですが
ちゃんと厚みがあって金目鯛の食感と味を
楽しむことができる！
表面にサッと火が通るぐらいでいいと思う。
居酒屋レベルじゃないわ、コレ。
『真鯛塩麹ユッケ』
塩麹なのでさっぱりとした味わいのユッケ。
健康にも良さそう。
『地金目鯛フライ タルタルソース』
タルタルソースに惹かれて注文。
『ポテトサラダいくら添え』
ポテトサラダ+たっぷりのいくら。
プチプチ感が楽しめます。

『果実酒ラフランスソーダ割り(子宝)』
本鮪と金目鯛はかなりオススメ。
本鮪は南房総直送で1本買いなので新鮮なんだなと
納得。
