Our ingredients are sourced from Miyazaki Prefecture as much as possible: fresh fish delivered directly from Meizu Port, local chicken from Aoshima, ingredients delivered directly from the producers, Sadowara eggplant, flying new balls from Nobeoka, corn gold rush from Saito, We purchase large bunch potatoes from Nichinan, raw hebesu from Hinata, kumquats (by chance) mangoes, etc. depending on the season! |
横浜・野毛でゴハン＆飲みしようとしたら、行きつけのお店はお盆9連休の週末でどこもいっぱい。
通りすがりに入ったのが、いっちゃが桜木店。
ビールは美味しかったですが、お料理には期待されない方がよろしいかと思います。
まずいとは言いませんが、今まで美味しい宮崎料理、宮崎地鶏の炭火もも焼きを食べた事がある方は、ガッカリするでしょう。
店長、大将らしき人は見受けられず、流れ作業のような接客、かなり気になる方もいましたが、野毛の週末、連休の盛り上がる時間に空席がある居酒屋ですので、仕方ないのかも。
残念ですが、周りの店がどこも満席で、すぐ入店できるといっても、私は再来したいとは思いません。
