Our ingredients are sourced from Miyazaki Prefecture as much as possible: fresh fish delivered directly from Meizu Port, local chicken from Aoshima, ingredients delivered directly from the producers, Sadowara eggplant, flying new balls from Nobeoka, corn gold rush from Saito, We purchase large bunch potatoes from Nichinan, raw hebesu from Hinata, kumquats (by chance) mangoes, etc. depending on the season! |
休日呑み。 17時すぎても、まだ明るさが残っていましたがサッサと入ってしまおうと
桜木町近くのこちらのお店に入店。地鶏のもも焼き推しの宮崎料理のお店です。
カウンターに座り、まずは生ビールとお通し。
生ビールは宮崎のご当地のもののよう 味は飲み口が柔らかく、フルーティな感じもする生ビール。
お通しは、きんぴらごぼうときゅうり。きゅうりは辛味のあるもので和えてあり美味。
飲み物をウーロンハイに変更したころに、注文していたつまみも到着。
鶏皮ポン酢、すり身揚げ、オニオンスライス
なかでもオニオンスライスは宮崎の玉ねぎで、辛味はなく美味しかったですね。
料理も美味しく、ゆっくりと飲めるお店でありました。
