After watching a program about the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension in the morning, I realized once again that Hokuriku is slow in recovering from the earthquake disaster, so I headed to this store whose signboard had caught my eye for a while! Even though it's called Noge, it's not just down Noge Koji, it's easily located on the second floor of a building diagonally across from the Sakuragicho station parking lot. I can't find an elevator, so I go up the stairs. There were only 2-3 customers when I entered the store when it opened at 5pm, but since it was a Saturday night, groups started coming in one after another, and the place was almost full. As the driver, I drink non-alcoholic beer, but my eldest son started with a collaboration sake from Noto's Hatsuzakura and Tengu Mai. Even my wife, who is not good at Japanese sake, is happy that it is easy to drink and delicious. The sashimi for the appetizer was also well-prepared. The five-type selection platter was luxurious, with the head of each fish and the tail of Kasako, and there was also mackerel, young salmon, sea bream, hamaji, and Fukui salmon in the center (upgraded to seven types? ). Each chopstick bag has a picture of a different species of fish drawn on it. You could taste a variety of different textures, and it was a very satisfying platter for 2,730 yen. Heshiko mackerel was introduced as a specialty on this morning's Hokuriku broadcast, but I ordered it grilled without even knowing how it tasted. It was a salty dish that was perfect for pairing with alcohol. Speaking of Hokuriku, you can't miss white shrimp. The fragrant shrimp flavor of the fried chintz was irresistible. Fukui is a kingdom known only to those in the know. Taniguchiya's large fried tofu was grilled and topped with soy sauce, making it a great dish. We also ordered fried octopus, fried rock nori tofu, and avocado green onions. I finished Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)(nori plum), and my wife and eldest son each chose grilled Onigiri, and the meal was satisfying. There are two types of sake in addition to Hatsuzakura and Tengumai, and my wife chose aromatic plum wine, which I think is a great value for the total price of 13,140 yen. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again with my mother, who couldn't come this time.
