Our signature menu is the Kyushu region's delicious soy sauce-based Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). For a soup that has a strong taste but is refreshing and easy to eat, we recommend pairing it with carefully selected yuzu pepper from Oita Prefecture. The ingredients include crispy fresh cabbage and chives, and the hot pot also includes a rare Japanese yam.
