平日夜に大雨の中ラーメンです。行ったのは野毛！？にある『淡麗拉麺 己巳 野毛本店』。全然知らなかったラーメン店です。たまたま調べたら出て来たお店だけど、結構前からやっている様ですね。
店内は小洒落た雰囲気でラーメン屋さんには思えない位、綺麗ですね。そんな中で注文は淡麗醤油らーめんとたまごかけご飯。らーめんはデフォで1,050円とはなかなかの値段ですね。美味しければOKですが。
着はやや遅めで先ずはスープ、表面にしっかりと鶏油があり熱々のスープが旨い！何か分からなかったが後に残るあと味が旨かったなぁ^_^何だったんだろう！？
麺は全粒粉の細麺と平打ちの中太麺を選べますが、全粒粉にしておきました。麺はしっかりとコシがあり、メニューに書いてあるように切れ味が良いので噛んだ時の美味しさは抜群でしたね！コレは美味い！
トッピング系は二種チャーシュー、鴨ロースと豚ロースでしたが、個人的には鴨ロースの方が好みかな。海苔は香り豊かな美味しいやつ、穂先メンマもいいね！
次はたまごかけご飯、先ずはそのままで食べてみますが、そこまで卵が旨い感じはなかった。付け合せのトリュフ風味醤油タレはちょっと匂いが強かったなぁ。
もう少しシンプルな醤油でも良かったな。若しくは自分で選べるようにして欲しいですね。せっかく良い卵を使ってるなら少し勿体感じがしました。
総評としては麺とスープは美味しかったです！らーめんが美味しい分、サイドメニューのたまこご飯ももうひと工夫、頑張って欲しいな。
