横浜出張2日の晩に1人で訪問。
夕に食べた寿司で満腹になり、2-3時間休んで次はラーメンに行こうと思っていたのが、結局22時を過ぎてもお腹が減らず、その時間に開いているあっさりめのラーメンを探して、ここに決めた。
23時前であったが、2人待ちあり。
まぁすぐかなと思って並んだが、驚くほど回転が悪い。店内のお客さんの様子をみると、追加注文や替え玉をかなり高確率でされているようで、食べ終わる気配がない。私はお腹が減っていないので、待つのはぜんぜん構わないが、その間に後ろにどんどん並びが増えていた。もう23時過ぎなのに、さすが都会。
中に入り、食券を購入。券売機は現金のみと現金以外の2台ある。
スタンダードな淡麗醤油1050円を購入。麺は全粒粉で。
店内で案内されたが、アプリ登録すると、替え玉など無料らしい。それで回転率の悪さに納得したが、こちらはお腹が減ってないので不要。
まずはスープ。結構醤油の味がしっかりするので、イメージしていたほど淡麗、という感じではない。
麺は全粒粉だが、普段よく食べる麺匠たか松（@京都）ほどの全粒粉感はない。
これといって突き抜けた個性はないが、いいバランスでまとまっていて美味しい。
それほどお腹が減っていないけどシメで食べたい、という私のような状況でも美味しく食べられると思います。食べたあとも翌朝ももたれませんでした。
