通り沿いで結構並んでたラーメン屋さん
鴨✖︎鶏✖︎豚 きのこ香る 淡麗塩らーめん

麺は多加水麺にして小麦香るつるつる食感の細麺です。
別添のトリュフペーストがあります。
私はトリュフが苦手なので入れなかったけど
旦那入れてました☺︎美味しいとのこと
トッピングのチャーシューは
醤油ベースのらーめんには鴨ロースと風車豚の肩ロースの2種類、
塩ベースのらーめんには鴨ロース、イベリコ豚バラの2種類
鴨のロースは少しクセはあったかな…
