2021年に横浜の桜木町にオープンしたという割烹料理屋さん。オーナーさんに聞いたところ、スペインバルだったところを改装したそうで、店内はあたたかみのある木製テーブルでありながら、壁はコンクリート調でモダン&スタイリッシュな雰囲気。カウンターとテーブル席がある大人スタイルなお店でした。
今回はコース料理を注文しましたが、和食創作とは絶妙に違っていて、オーナーのアイデアが炸裂！！
最初に出されたお出汁をおちょこでいただきましたが、これがまた美味しー！！
3種の盛り合わせから始まり、揚げ出し豆腐がまたほっこり味で旨い。。出汁が入ったメレンゲが特徴的なだし巻き卵は予想以上のボリュームでなかなかコスパがいいです。(4人くらいで食べてもいいボリューム
)
全部美味しかったのですが、個人的なヒットは〆に登場した出汁汁付きの石焼き天丼。ビビンバのように石焼き状態になったかき揚げ丼が出てくるので、自分たちでかき混ぜてビビンバのようにお焦げを作っていきます。そのまま食べても美味しいし、味変で出汁をかけて天丼出汁茶漬けにして食べるのもおすすめ。(イメージはひつまぶしです)
日本酒も豊富に揃っているので、お酒が好きな方にもおすすめです♪今回はコース料理でしたが、単品でもそこまで高くないので友達グループで行くのにちょうどいいなと思います！
