横浜駅西口から、平沼方面へ約10分。
博多もつ鍋とチーズ料理がいただけるはじめやさんへ行ってきました♪
ラーメン屋さんの吉村家のある岡野町の交差点を渡ってすぐでした！
この日は平日でしたが、サラリーマンと学生さんなどで賑わっていました♪
乾杯は、梅酒ソーダにしました。
お通しのきんぴらもおいしかった！
まずはやっぱりもつ鍋！
博多明太もつ鍋
白味噌でお願いしました♡
3種類の味噌をブレンドした白味噌を使っていて、ほんのりとニンニクの風味が漂うみそ味は、
コクがあるのにあっさり！
ニラとゴマがたっぷりで、もつの旨味、野菜の甘みが引き立ちます。
明太子のピリッとした辛さとお味噌がマイルドに調和♡
ぐつぐつ♪
お店の方が途中で混ぜに来てくれました。
お野菜はシャキシャキ派かクタクタ派で、煮る時間を調節♪ちなみにワタシはクタクタ派です。
プルップルのもつは、国産牛の小腸のみを使っていて、臭みが全くありません。
大きくて脂がのったもつ、おいしすぎました！ コラーゲン注入♪
半熟卵のシーザーサラダ
秋のおすすめ 舞茸の天ぷら
揚げたての大きな舞茸が3つ来ました。こちらはお塩でさっぱりと。
チーズもメニューが豊富です。
濃厚チーズフォンデュ
パン、ウィンナー、アスパラ、トマトが付いてきます。
ワタシは少しに詰めたくらいの濃いめのチーズがスキ♡
山芋の磯部揚げ
おにぎりが来たのかと思った！
摺った山芋を海苔で包んで揚げています。生姜を入れてお出汁につけていただきます。
舞茸と海老のアヒージョ
ぐつぐつ熱々で登場！
あっつあつのアヒージョは、バゲットに乗せて。
ガーリックたっぷりでおいしい～～～

ちゃんぽん麺をお願いしました
2人で1人前でちょうどいいくらいたっぷりのちゃんぽん麺
もつのおいしい脂が染み出たスープでぐつぐつした麺は、もちもちつるつるで
最後までおいしくいただけました♡
帰りは、サーターアンダギーをお土産にいただけます。
翌日の朝食にいただきました♪ 周りがガリガリでおいしかったです。
12月に入って、本格的に寒くなってきたので、もつ鍋を囲んでみんなで温まりたい♪
もつが苦手な方でも食べられる、臭みが全くないもつ鍋でした。
