First visit. I found Hatsuya while I was looking for a casual and delicious restaurant in Yokohama. Honestly, Hatsuya-san,,, you won! It is a little walk from Yokohama station, and the space inside is spacious with table seats. On this day, we ordered a la carte instead of course. I was told that fresh Seafood and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) were recommended, but there were many delicious looking menus, so I was worried when I ordered. There was a crab festival held on this day, so I was worried about either crab shabu or tsutsubana, but finally I chose Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with white miso. Instead, I ordered the crab sashimi, which has a texture that makes the plump meat go fluffy when you bite into it, and the flavor is packed with the sweet deliciousness of crab, which makes it more delicious than I expected. Even more shocking was the Shimesaba, which was served on the sashimi platter that day. The well-oiled Shimesaba was seared and the right amount of flavor was very delicious. I thought I should order this separately. Finally, the white miso Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) has a lot of fresh giblets and you can enjoy it well until the last rice porridge. I heard that cheese risotto and Champon are also popular at the end, so I would like to enjoy them next time.
