横浜駅西口から徒歩5分の場所にあるこちらのお店。明るく、開放的な雰囲気の海鮮ともつ鍋が人気な居酒屋さんです。
お通しに棒棒鶏。ごまだれと相性が抜群でさっぱり食べられます。
・ふわとろ玉子焼き 590円
見た目はぷるんぷるんのツヤツヤ玉子焼き。中を割るととろっとろ。出汁が効いた優しい味でした。
・お刺身5種盛り合わせ 一人前1,290円
新鮮なお刺身の盛り合わせ。ツヤツヤなお魚たちは見れば分かる新鮮さと美味しさです。いろいろな種類のお刺身がいただけるのが良いです。
・手作り餃子 649円
餃子は鉄板で提供されるので最後の１つまで、できたて熱々で食べられます。皮はパリッと、噛めばジュワッと広がる肉汁がたまりません。ニンニク不使用なので女性でも安心して食べられます。
・博多もつ鍋 1,490円
白味噌スープが濃厚で、ニラやキャベツなどの野菜に染みていて美味しいです。
もつも臭みなどなく、食べやすかったです。
・讃岐うどん 429円
もつ鍋の締めにうどんを投入。コシのあるうどんと濃厚な白味噌スープは間違いないです。締めは他にちゃんぽん麺とチーズリゾットもありました。どれを食べても美味しそう。
・トロサバの干物 869円
脂ののったトロサバは身もぷりぷり。塩加減もちょうど良いです。
お酒も日本酒を数多く取り揃えており、獺祭はなんと300円。はじめやの公式アプリを登録すると…メニューにない希少酒が飲めるそうです。
