横浜から一駅、京急の戸部駅が最寄り。フランスで星付きのお店でいくつか経験した後、銀座のブルガリのレストランでも勤務。2021年秋にこのお店をオープンさせた。ミシュランと同等に扱われているゴエミヨというガイドがありますが、横浜市で掲載されてのはここだけというのは偉業の一つだと思う。
ポタージュは藁で香り付けしたミルク、豚のローストは二つの部位が用意され一つは脂が多い場所だけどゆっくり火を通してあるため極限までさっぱり、新しい食感だ。お店の方も丁寧に対応してくれてありがたかった。
